David Mivasair
Rabbi David Mivasair travelled to Israel, to seek answers. According to him, it took him a whopping 30-40 years of first-hand experiences, until he realized that he had to do something about it. He notes the extreme cognitive dissonance he experienced between (in his words) “wanting Israel to be a good place,” versus the facts, which were before his eyes. The following interview with him is a retelling of his journey, as well as how his position this aligns with this religious identity, and sense of duty.
